Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations within the facility, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards.
• Lead and manage a dynamic team while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Engage in complex care planning to meet the diverse needs of residents.
• Enhance service delivery by integrating operational and clinical strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in clinical/manegement roles within residential aged care, including expertise in complex care planning.
• Leadership: Proven track record as a clinical manager, exhibiting strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards.
• Team Development: Ability to effectively coach and mentor team members, driving performance and professional growth.
• Registrations: Current Tasmania WWVP registration with NDIS Endorsement.
• Understanding of Operations: Knowledge of the interplay between clinical and operational elements in an aged care context.
