More Specifically, You Will:

• Coordinate and deliver oncology clinical research activities in line with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with Principal and Co Investigators to support the day-to-day management of clinical trials
• Manage study activities including start up, recruitment, participant visits, monitoring, and close out
• Maintain accurate study documentation, regulatory files, and ensure timely and high-quality data entry
• Perform protocol specific clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, venepuncture, and sample processing (where appropriate)
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the trial journey
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, hospital departments, and sponsors to support seamless trial delivery
• Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and site inspections
• Complete required training and contribute to quality, safety, and compliance initiatives to support high standards of patient care

We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who:

• Hold a degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Have at least two years of experience in clinical research, nursing, or a clinical environment
• Possess a strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial regulations
• Are highly organised, detail focused, and able to manage competing priorities
• Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships
• Show initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Are confident using MS Office and clinical trial systems
• Are open to working across locations and occasional interstate travel if required
