Clinical Research Coordinator

GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Adelaide team in a full-time, 12-month max-term contract.

This is an opportunity to be part of a passionate and collaborative research team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients through innovative clinical trials. Working closely with Principal Investigators, study sponsors and the wider GenesisCare Research Team, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering clinical research activities while ensuring an exceptional experience for trial participants.

No two days are the same in this role. You'll be involved in all aspects of trial coordination, from study start-up and patient recruitment through to monitoring visits, data management and study close-out activities.

More specifically, you will:

• Coordinate the day-to-day management of clinical trials from start-up through to study close-out
• Work closely with Investigators, sponsors and the research team to ensure studies are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with protocol requirements
• Support participant recruitment activities and help ensure enrolment targets are achieved
• Coordinate study visits, assessments and procedures while maintaining excellent participant engagement
• Act as a key point of contact for trial participants, addressing questions and supporting them throughout their research journey
• Prepare and maintain study documentation, regulatory files and essential trial records
• Host monitoring, initiation and close-out visits
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection, entry and query resolution
• Maintain effective relationships with sponsors, hospital departments and other key stakeholders
• Ensure all research activities are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), GenesisCare SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related discipline
• Previous experience in clinical research, nursing, science, oncology, nuclear medicine or a related healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial processes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with clinical trial systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel and work across locations when required
