Based at our St Leonards site, you will be part of a global clinical trials network, contributing to impactful oncology research in a supportive, collaborative, and patient focused environment.

This is a 12-month full time opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow their career within a purpose driven organisation at the forefront of advancing patient outcomes.

More Specifically, You Will:

• Take the lead in coordinating oncology clinical research activities in line with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with Principal and Co Investigators to support the smooth day to day running of clinical trials
• Oversee end to end study activities including start up, recruitment, participant visits, monitoring, and close out
• Maintain accurate and audit ready study documentation, regulatory files, and ensure high quality, timely data entry
• Perform protocol specific clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, venepuncture, and sample processing where competent
• Act as a trusted point of contact for patients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the clinical trial journey
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, hospital departments, and sponsors to ensure seamless trial delivery
• Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and site inspections with confidence and attention to detail
• Stay up to date with training requirements while contributing to quality, safety, and compliance initiatives

We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who:

• Hold a degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Bring at least two years of experience in clinical research, nursing, or a clinical setting
• Have a solid understanding of GCP and clinical trial regulations
• Are organised, detail focused, and capable of managing competing priorities
• Communicate with clarity and build strong, professional relationships
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Are confident using MS Office and clinical trial systems
• Are open to working across sites and occasional interstate travel
