You will have:
- Fellowship of RANZCP (or equivalent)
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience managing complex mental health presentations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Highly regarded (but not essential):
- Leadership or service development experience
- Teaching, training, or supervision experience
- Research or quality improvement involvement
- Total remuneration up to $425,000 + super (dependent on experience)
