Consultant/Specialist Anaesthetist | Coastal Queensland Permanent full-time opportunities | Total remuneration package up to $564,548 p.a.

We are recruiting experienced Anaesthetists for several permanent full-time positions in a supportive multidisciplinary department. The recruitment process may also be used to fill positions at another hospital in the region.

The opportunity
You will provide specialist anaesthetic and related care across a broad range of surgical services, working closely with surgical, nursing and other clinical teams. You will also contribute to clinical leadership and supervise and train registrars, junior medical staff and other members of the healthcare team.

Flexible rostering is available to support life outside work.

• Total remuneration package up to $564,548 p.a., depending on classification and entitlements
• Base salary of $192,257$281,545 p.a.
• Employer superannuation contributions of up to 12.75%

For Senior Medical Officers, there may also be an opportunity to establish a separate private practice outside the public hospital appointment. Depending on local arrangements, assistance may be available with credentialling, administration, consulting rooms and introductions to referral networks.
