We are seeking Consultant/Specialist Anaesthetists to join a large, modern, and rapidly growing teaching hospital in one of Victorias most vibrant regional cities.
You will:

• Provide specialist anaesthetic services for a broad range of adult and paediatric surgery (excluding cardiac, neurosurgery and transplant surgery)
• Deliver high-quality pre-operative assessment and post-operative care
• Share in the on-call roster for acute and emergency cases
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to anaesthetic trainees, junior doctors, medical students and nursing staff
• Contribute to quality improvement, governance and service development within a busy, growing department

• 11 modern operating theatres
• Large regional tertiary referral centre with broad surgical exposure
• Accredited by ANZCA for up to 12 months of training toward FANZCA

Essential Criteria

• Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
• Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent specialist qualification
