Your Role

• Provide high-quality anaesthetic services across a range of specialties, including general surgery, orthopaedics, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, trauma, obstetrics & gynaecology, and dental (adult & paediatric).
• Contribute to ICU patient care in collaboration with admitting specialists and remote supervising intensivists.
• Train anaesthetic trainees, registrars, and other health professionals.
• Develop clinical areas of interest including obstetric, regional, ICU, perioperative medicine, pain management, education, and wellbeing.

• 3 operating theatres & a 5-bed ICU/HDU
• Director of Anaesthetics, 2 Staff Specialists, SMOs (JCCA/RGA), Registrar/PHO, ICU RMOs
• Diverse case mix with both adult and paediatric cases

About You

• FANZCAor equivalent, registrable as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia
• Skilled inepidurals for delivery suiteand obstetric anaesthesia
• Paediatric anaesthesia (5 years & younger) experience desirable
• Interest in ICU, regional anaesthesia, and/or pain management
