The opportunity
Youll provide consultant-level obstetric and gynaecological care across inpatient, outpatient and on-call services, including complex and high-risk presentations. Youll work closely with midwifery, neonatology and allied health teams, and contribute to clinical supervision, teaching, quality improvement and patient safety.

What youll bring

• Experience managing high-risk obstetric and complex gynaecological cases in a public hospital setting.
• A commitment to teaching and mentoring junior medical staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with culturally diverse communities.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a demanding clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Appropriate specialist qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with eligibility for specialist registration.
• RANZCOG assessment as substantially comparable or eligibility via the expedited pathway.

Remuneration
Total Indicative Remuneration: $377,429$848,152 per annum, pro rata. This includes base salary, leave loading, superannuation and applicable allowances. Actual remuneration will depend on appointment details and applicable allowances.
