The clinical environment
You will be based at one of Queenslands most modern regional hospitals, featuring:
  • Child and Adolescent Unit 12 beds
  • Special Care Nursery 8 beds
  • Clinical Service Capability Framework Level 4
  • Modern facilities with leading clinical technology
The service supports a regional population of around 182,000 people, with outreach and telehealth support to rural communities.

What youll bring
We are looking for paediatricians who:
  • Hold Specialist Registration with AHPRA (or are eligible)
  • Have FRACP in Paediatrics or eligibility
  • Bring experience in general paediatrics, neonatal medicine, or community paediatrics
  • Enjoy teaching, mentoring, and multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Are motivated to contribute to service development and clinical excellence
