The Role
You will:

• Provide assessment and treatment across inpatient and community mental health services
• Deliver recovery-focused psychiatric care
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and registrars
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical leadership initiatives
• Participate in the on-call roster and broader mental health program activities

Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:

• FRANZCP or equivalent specialist qualification
• Current or eligible AHPRA specialist registration
• Commitment to recovery-oriented mental health care
• Interest in regional psychiatry and multidisciplinary teamwork

International psychiatrists assessed as substantially comparable may also be encouraged to apply.
