The Role
You will provide high-quality specialist general medicine services:
The department delivers:
  • Acute and sub-acute general medicine
  • A large outpatient service
  • Subspecialty services including Cardiology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Endocrinology and Diabetes, Geriatrics and Palliative Care
Youll work within a collaborative team of physicians who value clinical excellence, shared decision-making, and practical service improvement.

What Were Looking For
  • Specialist (or limited) registration with the Medical Board of Australia in General Medicine
  • Recent acute hospital experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills with patients, families and colleagues
  • Commitment to quality improvement and ongoing professional development
Subspecialty interests are welcome and supported.
