We are seeking an experienced Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine to join the senior leadership team as Deputy Director of Intensive Care Services.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction and ongoing development of a busy regional ICU.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will:
  • Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the ICU
  • Contribute to service growth, innovation, and sustainability
  • Drive quality outcomes through evidence-based decision-making
  • Mentor and engage medical staff within a multidisciplinary team
The ICU manages approximately 450650 presentations per year, including 60100 paediatric admissions, offering a broad and rewarding clinical case mix.

About You
  • MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Specialist registration (or eligibility) in Intensive Care Medicine with AHPRA
  • Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM)
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in a complex clinical environment
Remuneration & Benefits
Total remuneration of up to $559,860 p.a., including:
  • Base salary up to $274,678 p.a. (level dependent)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation
  • 17.5% leave loading
