As Director of Education, you will lead one of Cabrini's most significant portfolios at a time of unprecedented growth. Reporting to the Group Director of Nursing, Allied Health and Clinical Education, you will provide strategic leadership for clinical education, workforce capability and professional development across the organisation. You will cultivate a culture of lifelong learning, innovation and excellence, ensuring our people have the skills, confidence and support to deliver exceptional, evidence-based, person-centred care.
Working closely with Executive, medical, nursing and allied health leaders, you will influence organisational strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and embed contemporary learning approaches that improve patient safety, patient experience and workforce outcomes.

You are an accomplished and contemporary education leader with a proven record of leading high-performing education teams in complex healthcare environments. You will bring:
- Significant leadership experience in clinical education, workforce capability and professional development.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior clinical and executive stakeholders across multidisciplinary environments.
- A passion for developing people, growing leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- A strong commitment to patient safety, patient experience, workforce wellbeing and clinical excellence.
- Authentic leadership, sound judgement and the ability to lead confidently through growth, change and transformation.

Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing, education, health management, or related discipline
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in acute clinical services
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and NSQHS Standards
Desirable
- Experience in private and/or not-for-profit healthcare
- Formal leadership or development training
- Experience leading service redesign or large-scale change
