The Role
This is a unique 0.5 leadership / 0.5 clinical portfolio position allowing you to:

• Lead and shape regional emergency care delivery
• Maintain active clinical emergency medicine practice
• Influence workforce development and departmental strategy
• Drive governance, education and quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior doctors and contribute to rural training pathways

The Emergency Department manages approximately 22,800 presentations annually and plays a vital role as the only ED between Sale and Bega.

About You
You will hold:

• FACEM, FACRRM or equivalent specialist qualification
• Specialist registration with AHPRA
• Strong Emergency Medicine leadership capability
• Passion for regional healthcare and service innovation
