Disability Support Worker- Ingleburn

💼 About the Role

In this role, you will be providing person-centred support to a male participant in his 50's with mild complex care needs. You will play a key role in supporting the participant at home and in the community, helping them to achieve their goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

✅ Key Requirements

Essential:

• -NDISWSC and Police Check
• -1 year experience working as a disability support worker
• -Drivers license and reliable car
• -Rights to work in Australia
• -Proven experience supporting a participant with complex needs
• -Strong knowledge and experience in manual handling
• -Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
• -Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive in complex situations

Preferred:

• -Experience working in Supported Independent Living (SIL)
