Nursing Australia is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker with experience in high care, Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and falls risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care
  • Supporting with meal prep
  • Assisting ith household chores

Shifts Available:

  • Tuesdays: 6:00PPM-8:00PM
  • Wednesdays: 6:00PPM-8:00PM
  • Thursdays: 6:00PM-8:00PM

These shifts are ongoing with the potential for more shifts!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Current National Criminal Record Check
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Individual support /Aged Care
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Manual Handling Certificate
  • Valid Working With Children's Check
  • Medication Assistance Certificate
  • Minimum of 6 months full time experience working in Disability
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clients with high care needs.
  • Experience supporting clients living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
  • Experience supporting clients with a high falls risk.
