In this role, you will be providing person-centred support within Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments and the community.

You will play a key role in supporting participants with challenging behaviours and mental health presentations, helping them to achieve their goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Essential: Experience working in Supported Independent Living (SIL)
• Proven experience supporting challenging behaviours
• Strong knowledge of mental health support
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive in complex situations
