This opportunity with Nursing Australia will involve working within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment.

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting participants to build

✅ Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL)
• Certificate III in Individual support or Disability Support
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)
• National Criminal Record check ( mandatory)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Experience supporting participants with complex needs
• Ability to work within structured, higher participant-to-staff ratio models
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of person-centred practice and choice & control
