We payroll weekly in-house or a choice through GNA - lower on-costs , savings passed onto you and tax savings through LAFHA .

Also we work with a payroll specialist - who are saving our staff on average 16.6% on tax. Very easy set up, no cap,saving our staff massive amount of money -$400-$1000(After-tax) a week on average in tax - you will see this directly in your bank account every fortnight ! . No cap on this and doesn't affect salary packaging.

Ideally year 6+ (Would consider year 4/ 5 if meet all/most of requirements and start date and longer contracts)

Duration:
612 weeks + extensions- most ED RNs are able to extend their contracts - able to request leave dates as well.

Bonus $2,000 for 6 month stay- can request leave dates in contract

  • CC Medical to pay and flights reimbursed up to $1200 return for Darwin - (claim once every 6 months) .
  • Up to $616 a week provided to put towards accommodation and expenses (Accommodation currently on average is $316-$400 a week - $200-$300 a week tax free for expenses )

Some of you will already have contracts or waiting for approval, feel free to spreadthe love and get $500 for the privilege . Conditions apply , such as your referral must not be someone who has worked for CC Medical or in current conversation and work at least 6 weeks or more.
  • If onABN RN8+ $105 an hour(inclusive of GST & Super)+ penalties, + on-call rates, in-charge rates are $105 per shift, plus overtime (1.5 - 2 times your shift rate) available whilst on-call.
  • IfPAYG up to RN8 $94.50 an hour+ penalties + super, + on-call rates, in-charge rates are $94.50 per shift, plus overtime (1.5 - 2 times your shift rate) available whilst on-call. (Base rate taking into account weekly expenses and pay roll specialist GNA - is equal to someone earningbase rate to $120-$135 an hour RN8+ , + penalties/ on-call and super.
  • Up to $616 a week- tax freefor those who dont have or dont want the onsite accommodation (Can put towards accommodation and expenses).- Most spending $316-$400 a week for accommodation, the rest on car hires, Ubers and food.
  • Can use the expense money for car hire.
  • LAFHA HUGE:16.6% extraon take home pay with our amazing tax savings (our average staff member). - Literally $400-$800 + per pay packet.
  • If you do 26 weeks (6 months) - $2000 bonus with Darwin
  • Huge on-call rates which is 10% of shift rate - 2-3 times higher than average
  • Overtime is only when on-call, its 1.5 2 times the shift rate

To speed up the process can you please provide:
  • Start date -ideally matching or close to clients and total weeks -can include leave if required .
  • 2-4 manager references / senior staff that are within the last year with their contact email address and place of work,
  • Please remember contract extensions happen but are hard to get,always preferable to be able to commit to as long as you can! You wont regret it. I get fantastic feedback from all my staff.
