THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse Division 2, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various settings including acute care, urgent care, and residential aged care. You'll be part of a dynamic clinical team, providing person-centered care and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments, care planning, patient advocacy, and effective communication with the healthcare team and families.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration – Enrolled Nurse
- Physical and emotional capacity to meet the demands of a nursing role
- Ability to work a 24-hour roster
- National Police Record Check
- Working with Children Check
- Compliance with immunisation requirements
