Cabrini Women's Mental Health Service
Cabrini Women’s Mental Health proudly runs Australia’s leading private, women-only mental health service, located within the Lisa Thurin Women’s Health Centre. Our specialist facility provides compassionate care and support for women experiencing mental health challenges in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. We ensure that both patients and clinicians feel protected and supported.

Our care model is built on psychological principles, trauma-informed practices, and a recovery-oriented approach, addressing each woman’s individual needs. By creating meaningful relationships and offering tailored programs, we empower women to begin their recovery journey.

We’re looking for an empathetic and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our innovative team at Cabrini, playing an important role in shaping the future of women’s mental health care. In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, personalized care within a supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

How you will make an impact as an Enrolled Nurse
As an Enrolled Psychiatric Nurse, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, providing care to women with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, show flexibility, and deliver exceptional care will contribute to your success in this rewarding role.

This position provides the opportunity for professional growth while working in a dedicated, safe environment focused on improving the mental health and well-being of the women we serve.

About you
To thrive in this role, you will bring experience in mental health nursing and a commitment to providing patient-centred care. You will work as part of our clinical team, ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional care.

You will have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Diploma level qualification in nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
