IDX Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our William St, Melbourne CBD office. Working part time, you will need to be available 0.6 FTE on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with some flexibility to work alternative days when necessary.

Acting as a trusted support, you will need to provide intuitive high quality and confidential assistance to the needs of our approachable and dedicated Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administration support and services to the CFO and Executive Team.
  • Calendar management and organisation.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Producing documentation, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Conducting monthly expense reconciliation.
  • Providing support to the Board Directors where necessary.
  • Management meeting establishment and support, including catering arrangements.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders at all levels of the Integral Diagnostics team.

How will you add value to the team? You will need:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience and/or tertiary qualification, such as Certificate IV or diploma in Business.
  • High level verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Highly proficient and accurate in the use of word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations and emails.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with tact, diplomacy and discretion at all times.
  • Experience in minute taking.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, setting own priorities to meet deadlines.

As part of the executive support team, this part time role across 24 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday with remuneration circa at FTE $86,000 to $95,000 inc superannuation (pro rata) commencing ideally ASAP in consideration with your notice period.
