Facility Manager – Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Facility Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care home. This is a key leadership role responsible for operational performance, clinical governance support, team development, and ensuring exceptional care outcomes for residents.

The Role

You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring:

• Ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• High occupancy and strong financial performance
• A positive, engaged and high-performing workforce
• Exceptional resident experience and clinical outcomes
• Continuous quality improvement and audit readiness
• Effective collaboration with clinical, hospitality, lifestyle, maintenance and support services

About You

Essential:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or facility management role
• Strong background in quality and compliance
• Solid understanding of financial and operational management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams
• A values-based leadership style with integrity, respect and accountability

Highly regarded:

• Experience in residential aged care
• Exposure to aged care funding and accreditation processes
• Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and health metrics
