We’re looking for a Field Service Specialist who understands that what they do matters. Someone who communicates brilliantly, takes ownership, and thrives working autonomously, because the quality of your work directly supports the quality of care our patients receive.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clinicians and teams can deliver safe, high-quality, and uninterrupted care. When systems run smoothly, patients receive the experience they deserve, and you’ll be a key part of making that happen.

More specifically you will:

  • Delivering responsive on-site and remote IT support that enables uninterrupted patient care.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Supporting system rollouts and upgrades across clinics and services.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and service delivery.

  • Outstanding communication skills – able to build trust and explain technical issues clearly.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset – you take ownership and follow things through.
  • Confidence working with high levels of autonomy across multiple sites.
  • A genuine commitment to service excellence and patient-focused outcomes.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments.
  • Exposure to Windows (10/11) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Understanding of user accounts, Active Directory, or similar systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues across hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Familiarity with end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
  • Experience or willingness to learn ticketing systems and IT support processes.
