ABOUT THE ROLE
Apex Radiology is seeking an experienced full-time Group Applications Support Officer to join our RIS/PACS administration team.

Reporting to the Group Applications Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level support for RIS/PACS system queries and troubleshooting.
- Assisting with patient data validation, reporting, and imaging workflow support.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of reports and adherence to quality standards.
- Escalating technical and operational issues to the Supervisor as required.
- Supporting system upgrades, improvements, and testing activities.
- Assisting with training documentation and knowledge-sharing for staff.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent service to our referrers and internal stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience working with RIS/PACS systems (highly desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervisory direction.
- A proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.
