Client Description
An inpatient mental health unit with 25 beds, for people at an acute stage of their illness and requiring more intensive treatment. Both voluntary and involuntary patients under the Mental Health Act are accepted. The ward is for people 18 years and older. Services include crisis telephone support and information, adult, child and adolescent and older person's mental health service, case management, psychiatry, consultation, and outreach to nearby
