We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our close-knit regional team in a dual capacity role: Part-Time IPC Nurse combined with 0.6 Registered Nurse shifts.
In this role, you will lead our infection control governance while staying connected to patient care on the floor.

This role is not commutable from Melbourne, this qill require relocation so please only aply if you are open to regional living.
Please note: This position requires relocation. We are only accepting onshore candidates with full Australian working rights. Offshore applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
IPC Nurse (Part-Time): Oversee infection prevention and control protocols, manage clinical audits, deliver staff training, and ensure strict compliance with national healthcare standards.
Registered Nurse (0.6 Shifts): Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care on the floor, complete assessments, manage medications, and support the broader nursing team.
What You Bring
Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Proven experience in an Australian acute or aged care environment.
An IPC Qualification (or a strong clinical background and a willingness to study the qualification with our backing).
Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills.
A genuine desire to relocate and become an active part of a tight-knit regional community.
