Learning Business Partner – Residential Aged Care

• Full time 12 month contract.
• Based in Richmond (VIC, 3121) , reporting to RAC Clinical Lead
• It’s a hybrid role 60/40, 60 in our RAC homes and 1-2 days working from home
• Weeks can look different and there will be some travel required to regional homes
• Work from home available
• Qualification : Need a Registered Nurse background and a cert 4 in training & assessment or willingness to do one
• Salary on offer is Base $100-110K for an RN with TAE. Highly preferred to have an aged care background.

Position Purpose:

Working collaboratively with the Learning & Development Team, this position will support and partner with
Regional and General/Service Managers across Residential Aged Care to deliver the role-related mandatory
and professional development education programs. This position will participate in the development of
education programs and will coordinate and deliver relevant education that will contribute to improved
resident care. In addition, the role will identify educational needs and through assessments and evaluations,
continue to improve educational relevance and accessibility to learning opportunities.
