Maternity Enrolled Endorsed Nurse

Mater Hospital is seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated Maternity team. As a leading healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.

This is a permanent full-time, night duty position based in North Sydney, close to the new metro station in Crows Nest.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Midwives/Nurses.
• Assist with newborn care in our highly regarded general nursery including neonatal observations, mother-crafting cares including nappy changes and feeding infants.
• Perform essential nursing tasks, including vital signs monitoring and wound care.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality standards.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Endorsed Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Previous Maternity experience desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to professional development.
