All we ask is that you are motivated to work full-time Monday to Friday between 7am-6pm, have an appetite to learn new things, are great with your time management, can use a computer, can provide excellent customer service, get along with people, put our patients first and live our Values in all that you do. We will provide you with the training to do the rest.

What a day looks like?

• Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival.
• Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries.
• Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems.
• Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
• Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic.
• Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
• Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
