Sunshine Coast Radiology is the largest medical imaging provider on the Sunshine Coast, with 13 state-of-the-art clinics from Caloundra to Cooroy.
As part of the award-winning Imaging Queensland network and Integral Diagnostics Group, we’re proud to lead in clinical excellence and patient-first care.
We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionists to join our team—offering both full-time and casual opportunities across multiple clinics in the region.
You’ll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail.
☀️ A Day in the Life at SCR:
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries
- Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)
- Supporting our clinical teams daily
- Handling confidential medical information with care
- Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/results
- Attending training and team meetings
🙋♀️ About You
You’re calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment. You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in Medical/Dental/Allied Health/Radiology reception
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer & booking system skills
- Excellent communication & presentation
- A professional, respectful and team-focused attitude
