About the Role
RN1  -Join our Mental Health team and help people achieve their recovery goals through compassionate, person-centred care. You'll manage a caseload, build strong relationships with consumers and partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality mental health services.
  • Deliver person-centred mental health care and case management
  • Assess, plan and review care to support recovery goals
  • Provide education, counselling and group-based support
  • Collaborate with consumers, families, teams and community services
  • Maintain clinical standards while guiding and supporting others
RN2 - Join our Mental Health team as a Clinical Nurse and help shape recovery-focused care across a range of settings. You'll manage complex caseloads, build capability in others and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care while supporting service improvement and clinical excellence.
  • Deliver expert mental health care and case management
  • Lead clinical assessments, care plans and recovery go
  • Mentor staff and support ongoing practice development
  • Collaborate with teams on quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to clinical projects, research and service priorities
