Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical expertise to support clients facing addiction and mental health challenges.
- Case Management: Triage and oversee your caseload, guiding clients towards their personal goals and aspirations.
- Team Collaboration: Provide guidance to peer support workers, ensuring cohesive care plans for clients.

Qualifications and Experience
- Professional Registration: Hold registration with a recognized professional body relevant to your qualification (e.g., Social Workers Registration Board, DAPAANZ, etc.).
- Tertiary Qualification: Possess a relevant tertiary qualification with a focus on mental health.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate authentic connections with clients and strong organizational skills for autonomous work.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills with heightened cultural awareness.
- Driver's License: Hold a full, clean driver's license.
