Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical expertise to support clients facing addiction and mental health challenges.
• Case Management: Triage and oversee your caseload, guiding clients towards their personal goals and aspirations.
• Team Collaboration: Provide guidance to peer support workers, ensuring cohesive care plans for clients.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records and comprehensive reports to uphold quality standards.
• Client-Centric Approach: Make decisions with a focus on client well-being and solutions-oriented outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Professional Registration: Hold registration with a recognized professional body relevant to your qualification (e.g., Social Workers Registration Board, DAPAANZ, etc.).
• Tertiary Qualification: Possess a relevant tertiary qualification with a focus on mental health.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate authentic connections with clients and strong organizational skills for autonomous work.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills with heightened cultural awareness.
• Driver's License: Hold a full, clean driver's license.
