We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Area Nurse Midwife to join our team in providing health care services to remote communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in under served areas and capable of working independently in challenging environments.

As a Remote Area Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver primary healthcare services to individuals and families in remote communities.
• Assess and treat patients presenting with a variety of health concerns.
• Provide emergency care and stabilisation when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct health education sessions and promote preventative healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

What we require from you:

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current registration with the relevant nursing board.
• Minimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• REC & MEC (within 3years)
• Pharma (preferred )
• ALS & Triage ( if applicable)
• Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse communities.
• Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and screenings.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
