Ontime Healthcare is building a dedicated care team for an NDIS participant in Noble Park requiring 24/7 support. We’re seeking experienced Support Workers with strong backgrounds in complex care and behaviours to join this specialised support environment.

This role offers set, ongoing shift times at casual rates, providing stability and structure — with the option to pick up additional ad-hoc shifts with other Ontime clients if you’d like to grow your hours.

About the Role

You’ll be providing structured, person-centred support to an NDIS participant with complex needs, including:

• Supporting daily living and personal care routines
• Implementing behaviour support strategies
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence
• Providing calm, consistent support in challenging situations
• Accurate documentation and communication with care teams
• Working collaboratively as part of a 24/7 care roster

What You MUST Have

• Relevant qualifications
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
• Proven experience in complex support and behaviours (essential)
• Experience supporting NDIS participants with high needs
• Driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Full Australian working rights
