Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex mental health care and clinical decisions
- Guide nurses and build team capability
- Drive projects and uphold clinical standards
- Review practice and align with policy
- Deliver education, counselling and group work
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and partners
- Support safe, high quality care and recovery
You’re a confident mental health nurse leader who drives quality care and supports team growth. You bring strong clinical judgement, lead change and build trusted partnerships.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with current practising certificate
- Postgrad qual in mental health nursing or equivalent
- Lead clinical practice change and improve care
- Plan, deliver and review complex mental health care
- Use clinical systems and data to guide decisions
