Nurse Midwife Unit Manager

SA Health, Riverland Murray Coorong Local Health Network

  • RN/M3 | Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 3 | $130,190.00 - $136,010.00 p.a.
  • Employment: Full time |Term Contract (temporary up to 1 January 2028)

What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria 
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with current or eligible AHPRA registration and practising certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience with demonstrated clinical competence.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, including supervision and staff development.
  • Highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and change management skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing/midwifery practice, relevant legislation, standards and person-centred care.
Desired Criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, midwifery or a related discipline.
  • Experience in financial, human resource and service management, strategic planning and research.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of the South Australian Public Health System.
