This opportunity is ideal for a clinician with a passion for Aged Care and Dementia Care who is looking to further develop their Nurse Practitioner career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll provide expert clinical leadership, comprehensive cognitive assessments and ongoing support to clients, families and healthcare providers across East Gippsland.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
