Nurse Unit Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Nurse Unit Managerto lead an MPS delivering high-quality care across aged care, acute, and urgent care services.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a 34-bed Residential Aged Care facility, 8-bed Acute Ward, and 2-bed Urgent Care Centre, providing both clinical and operational leadership across the service.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience as a Nurse Unit Manager or in a senior nursing leadership position

• Ability to lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams

• Bachelor of Nursing
