Salary: $78k - $110k



Talent Quarter are delighted to be supporting our client who are based North of the River in Perth to recruit Occupational Therapists to join their team on a permanent basis.

They provide exceptional care and support through their offering of multi-disciplinary services which include Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Community Nursing, Respite Services and more.


They provide their therapy services in both a community and clinic-based settings to ensure personalised and effective support.

The role



As the Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in championing NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and maximise their potential. You will work closely with clients, other allied health professionals and support workers to deliver allied health therapy services, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Provide recommendations for home modifications, equipment prescriptions, and cognitive assessments
  • Develop personalised therapy plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers



About you



To be considered for the role, you will be a qualified Occupational Therapist who has a drive to provide therapy services to your clients in community and clinic-based NDIS setting.

In addition, you will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and NPC
