Client Description

• A registered NDIS provider and allied health practice focused on holistic, personalized care and occupational therapy

About the Roles

• Conduct functional assessments and therapy interventions
• Support participants to improve independence and daily living skills
• Provide assistive technology and home modification recommendations
• Develop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goals
• Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete reports and clinical documentation for funding bodies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for person-centred and strengths-based care
• Current driver’s license
• Relevant clearances including NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Police Check
