Operations Support Officer
Cabrini Malvern location
Permanent Part Time (22.5 hours per week)

Cabrini Health is seeking a proactive and service-focused Operations Support Officer to join our Service Hub team. This role plays an integral part in supporting our staff across multiple sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations so our clinical teams can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating staff onboarding essentials, including swipe cards, name badges and photo IDs
  • Support uniform ordering, supply and stock management
  • Receive and distribute mail and parcels across sites, including driving the Cabrini van
  • Deliver time-sensitive pharmacy and pathology items as required
  • Respond to and coordinate patient transport bookings
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Customer Services Team Leader


What we’re looking for

  • Strong administrative and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A current driver’s licence and confidence driving a van
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to professional conduct
