GenesisCare is looking for a compassionate, motivated and organised Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to join our supportive team at our Malvern clinic.
In this role, you will play a vital part in each patient’s cancer care journey as their first point of contact. This is a fast‑paced, varied position where priorities can shift quickly, so your ability to remain calm, efficient and empathetic is essential.

On offer is a part‑time position working 3 days per week.
More specifically, you will:
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced administrative environment where patient experience is always the priority.
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Adapt to a dynamic setting with frequent changes and competing priorities.
- Book and confirm patient appointments and consultations.
- Process billing and receipting at the time of appointment.
- Complete accurate data entry and manage required documentation.
- Support the smooth daily running of the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to maintain effective workflows.
- Manage patient records and ensure timely filing of notes.
