People Systems Business Analyst

How you will make an impact
The People Systems Business Analyst will play a key role in optimising, maintaining, and enhancing the Cabrini Health’s People Systems. This role partners closely with People, Culture and Transformation, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders to ensure systems are accurate, efficient, user‑friendly, and aligned with organisational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer and support HRIS and workforce management systems.
- Provide system troubleshooting, user support, and training.
- Analyse business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Gather requirements and support system enhancements and upgrades.
- Maintain data integrity, compliance, and quality across people systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using Power BI.
- Conduct data audits and implement quality controls.
- Support HR technology projects, implementations, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and project deliverables.
- Create documentation, training materials, and support continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with Workday HRIS, including HCM processes and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of UKG Dimensions, timekeeping, rostering, and workforce management.
- Understanding of HR, payroll, and time & attendance system integrations.
- Proficiency in Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity. Experience in healthcare, large workforce, or 24/7 operational environments (preferable)
- Collaborative relationship-builder with a customer-focused approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
