We’re seeking an energetic and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team and help clients achieve their independence goals.
About the Role
You’ll be working in the community, visiting clients in their homes to assess their needs, design tailored exercise programs, and support their rehabilitation and wellbeing.
You’ll collaborate with our Transitional Care Program (TCP) team and Clinical Manager to help clients reach their therapy goals through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Key Requirements:
- onduct client assessments and create personalised exercise plans
- Support clients to increase mobility and independence
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Liaise with other allied health professionals for holistic care
- Provide regular reports and updates to the TCP and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and attention to detail
- Current Driver’s Licence, reliable car and comprehensive insurance
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (with current CPR)
