• Location: Newmarket, Auckland (onsite parking provided)
• Hours: Permanent Part time - 5 hours one set day per week + additional cover as needed
• Rate: $31 per hour + benefits

ABOUT US 🌏
Trinity MRI part of the Integral Diagnostics group is New Zealand's only imaging facility dedicated to Brain, Spine and Neurovascular imaging. Our staff is sub-specialty trained, and our equipment has been tailored to ensure the highest quality images. All our studies are double-read by Neuroradiologists. We are committed to providing accurate, timely reports.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and flexible Practice Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied schedule and can step in to support the clinic when needed.

About the Role

You’ll work one regular day per week (approx. 5 hours) as part of our reception/bookings team. You can pick which day!!!

Your role will include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting smooth daily clinic operations.

In addition to your regular weekly shift, you'll provide casual cover for staff leave or sickness. This is where flexibility is essential — cover shifts may range from 5 to 8 hours, and on occasion you may work multiple days or even full weeks when the clinic requires additional support.

What You Can Expect

• One guaranteed day per week (5 hours)
• Additional hours offered for leave and sickness cover - extra $$
• Shifts may start as early as 6:30am or finish as late as 7:00pm, depending on who you are covering
• Some periods may be busier (e.g., up to 5 days a week for a month), while other times you may work only your regular weekly shift
• Advance notice for planned leave cover to help you plan ahead
• Permanent part time - accrue holiday & personal leave

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with a warm, professional manner and great communication skills
• Confident multitasker with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with a fluctuating schedule
• Experience in reception, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage

With additional hours available to work on occasion to cover leave.

Medical experience being highly regarded, but not essential, you will join a patient-focused team who provide a high level of service to our patients and referrers.
