This busy and bustling North Brisbane clinic are looking for a new Practice Manager to passionately lead them to success and beyond. The newly built and beautifully fitted-out practice exudes a family-feel where genuine care and support are at the heart of everything they do.

As the Practice Manager, you will be at the helm of this dynamic clinic, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support. You will oversee a team of 4 receptionists, 3 nurses, and 10 doctors, working to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ experience as a Practice Manager, preferably in a GP clinic
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in administrative tasks, including patient record management, scheduling, and billing
• Familiarity with Best Practice and Microsoft programs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
