About the Role
Are you a strategic leader balancing clinical governance with sharp commercial acumen? We are seeking an experienced Precinct Manager to lead a premier co-located seniors living community in Regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across both our Residential Aged Care facility and Retirement Village. Growth & Occupancy: Proactively engage prospective customers to drive positive sales outcomes, maximize occupancy, and expand local health networks.
Quality Improvement: Chair the site quality committee, oversee incident reporting, manage complaints with empathy, and lead the precinct to successful accreditation.
Requirements
Senior Management Experience: Proven track record in senior operational leadership or multi-site management within Aged Care and/or Retirement Living.
Commercial Acumen: Success managing full P&L budgets, optimizing rosters, and driving unit sales/bed occupancy to meet financial targets.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AN-ACC, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and contemporary aged care practices.
People Leadership: Highly developed HR management skills with a knack for mentoring staff and navigating complex change.
Qualifications: Tertiary business qualifications or a current AHPRA Division 1 RN registration are highly desirable.
