Join GenesisCare as a Radiation Therapist at our Kingswood clinic, located within the Somerset Specialist Centre.

This full time opportunity offers full time hours across 4 days per week, giving you an extra day for life outside of work while maintaining a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.You’ll join a passionate and highly skilled team, playing an important role in delivering safe, accurate and high quality radiotherapy treatments and supporting an exceptional patient experience.
Along with a salary package of up to $130,653 per year + Super, depending on experience, we’re offering a $5,000 sign on bonus (conditions apply). It’s a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, patient focused environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.

More specifically, you will:

  • Personally undertake radiation therapy planning, pre treatment and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
  • Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice.
  • Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment, simulation and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
  • Strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy.
  • Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Current Australian Radiation Use Licence (state-specific requirements apply).
